Is the Venerean Circle free?
Yes. Membership is free. Create a Venerean account and you are part of the Circle immediately.
How does member pricing work?
Sign in before you shop and your member rate is applied automatically in your bag. Circle members receive 10%, Gold members 15% and Noir members 20%.
How do I move up a tier?
Tiers are based on your lifetime spend with Venerean. Gold begins at $750 and Noir at $2,000. Your progress appears in your account under Venerean Circle.
How does sharing with friends work?
Every member has a personal link and code. Friends receive 15% off their first order, and when their order is confirmed you receive a $25 reward toward your next piece, valid for 12 months.
Where can I see my orders?
Sign in and open My Account. My Orders lists every order with its status and tracking, and you can reorder or view details at any time.
Can I combine member pricing with a friend code?
On a first order the friend gift of 15% is applied in place of member pricing, whichever gives the better welcome. From your second order onward, member pricing applies automatically.
