Shipping and Delivery

How made to order works

When you place an order, your piece is produced specifically for you. This avoids overproduction and waste and ensures you receive a fresh piece.

Production time

Production typically takes 2 to 7 business days. Items in one order may be produced at different studios and can arrive in separate packages.

Delivery

We ship throughout the United States. Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout based on your address and the items in your bag. As soon as your order ships you will receive an email with tracking.

Tracking your order

Sign in to My Orders to see the status of every order. If you checked out as a guest, use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address carefully. Because production begins quickly, we may not be able to change an address once your order is in production. Contact Client Services right away if you notice an error.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your tracking has not updated for several days, write to us at info@venerean.com with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier.
