1. Returns

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging. The return must include all original accessories, components, and instructional materials. Please ensure that the item has no signs of wear, alterations, or washes. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, which helps us to quickly process your return request. We may reject the return if the item does not meet these conditions.

2. Refunds

Upon receipt of the returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. This inspection is to ensure the item meets all return conditions mentioned above. We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the returned product. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, typically 5-10 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. You will be informed throughout every step of this process to keep you updated on the status of your return and refund.

3. Shipping

To return your product, you should mail it to the return address provided on the shipping label received with your product. This ensures that your return is sent to the correct location for quick and efficient processing. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. These shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund total. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of significant value, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please email us at returns@venerean.com and send your item to the return address provided. This ensures that we handle your exchange promptly and accurately. In the case of an exchange, we will cover the cost of shipping for the replacement item back to you.
